Looking for Advise to Becoming a Poly Relationship

My husband and I want to find a bi-sexual woman and become a poly relationship in the near future (waiting to actually have her move in until this next fall when our goes away to college).

We live in a small community and have a hard time even finding a bi-sexual woman for a regular threesome get-together. Anyone have any advise for us in how to go about looking for a permanent girlfriend?
