Yeah, I know I've been on here, posting jokes, being my smartass self and all, but I haven't really said anything worth while, ..... not really as if anyone cares and all, but here's a life update of the world of MO
My stress level has been rising higher and higher as the days pass. Work gets busier when you hire a new doctor to work in the office, but not additional employees to help with the influx of patients that we have coming into our office. It's being "Considered" to start looking for new hires to help. Our office has operated in the past with 3 doctors on staff, 2 doctors Monday through Thursday and one on Fridays. Now we're operating at 3 doctors Monday and Tuesdays, 2 Doctors Wednesdays through Friday ALONG with an Intern from college working Monday through Thursday. Then with them working through 4 patients an hour each and 2/3's of those patients coming to see me after they are finished, and that I see myself 4-15 patients a day myself..... I'm a little overloaded!!!!! I am actually one person in a position that I have asked others where with 2 doctors they have 4 of me..... I have 4 doctors and one of me. You do the math!!!!!
Our office manager has told me not to worry, that they will try to pull a tech when they aren't busy working with patients to come help me..... Kinda hard to do when I get backed up 4 and 6 people in line, each patient I work with can take upwards of 45 minutes, and then all the techs have no clue how to even do my job because they tend to be fearful of even coming out into my area. Then they walk around, and then I hear the words, "I don't know, let me ask....." ..... HELLO!!!!! This is why I have spent a month with everyone in our office training them to be able to help me, and now you have to ask?????
So needless to say, I don't get a lot of time to even think let alone go take a piss at work. I have had to work 6 days a week and even on the 4th of July just to be able to play catch up.
Personally I've been stressed at home too, and a little depressed. I don't feel well, I keep meaning to work out until I'm ready to keel over so I can get my ass back in shape, but instead I just come home and sit on my ass. I have nothing to keep me accountable to actually keep up with it.
I can finally relax a little bit about the ex, I have heard nothing of her, she has stopped all attempts in trying to contact me from jail. I do expect some kind of letter from her inquiring as to what I should do with her stuff.
I'm still looking for some kind of part time job to bring in a little extra cash to make life a little easier on a single persons income. However that's easier said then done. And twice as hard when I can't even get out of my job on time due the overload at work. And if you're saying overtime should help, yeah, right. 10 to 30 minutes isn't gonna help shit with this economy. I need something where I can work a small amount and make a lot..... anyone know anything illegal I can do that has the lowest risk of ever getting caught at?
Well, that's it for now as if you care, well those other then the ones who want to get into my pants.
