I find this phenomenon of people [mostly women but some sissy men too] pointing out events, activities, commercials, and even people , as misogynist, or racist, or sexist , or homophobic, or xenophobic or some combination plus whatever ..... as peculiar. Is this another "Cancel Culture", or "#Metoo ,or Democrat Political Correctness asault? I suspect this may be. I don't recall any backlash when Chuck Norris bought a bowflex workout gym , and he shows his wife the different routines she can do on it..... I don't recall any backlash when a woman buys a his and her watches, but he shows her he bought his and her trucks.... I don't recall any backlash about the workout stationary bike that has a screen showing the country side of Tuscany as you simulate a pedal through it.... or a simulated trainer pushing you to pedal faster.... I don't recall any fat women lashing out at those exercise dance-off commercials and P90X workout and how to eat nutritiously videos .... So really, what is going on herer...what is this nonsense over the Peloton stationary bike? Commercials are 'Video advertisements". If you can't afford to buy it, tough shit for you, but someone else can afford to buy it, and very likely that product is exactly what they , or their other wanted.

This hit the News today: Ref TMZ: ""The actor who played the husband in what some see as a "sexist" Peloton ad is afraid the backlash he's getting from keyboard warriors will have a negative impact on his career. Sean Hunter is the man in the infamous holiday ad who gifts his wife a Peloton bike. When he's not acting he's an elementary school teacher ... and he's defending himself, and the controversial ad, in Psychology Today .. of all places. Sean says initial reviews of his Peloton gig were mostly positive, but everything changed when the ad went viral. Now, his take is, "My 5 seconds of air time created an array of malicious feedback that is all associated with my face." ...He goes on to say, "My friend texted me today declaring that I’m 'a symbol of the patriarchy' ... As my face continues to be screen shot online, I wonder what repercussions will come back to me." ====================== So , this kind of nonsense could be very dangerous for that man. No telling how stupid people will react to him in public now. [There's been no words from the actress who played the role of the wife].

Everything today is sexist or racist or political. Shit gets old. Fat or thin, everyone would benefit from using one. The backlash may be a setup from a competitor.

Seriously, who is crying about this Commercial?? I would love this bike!! I saw the commercial- not once did it cross my mind that she was a skinny girl who didn’t need this bike. That her husband was a jerk for getting for her. All my fit friends- they would love this bike. They do cycle class and complain when the weather gets bad and they don’t want to go. In the commercial she comes down with her small kids. Not everyone has time to make it to the gym. People are stupid. It’s a freakin bike to help with your health!!

Peloton ad is criticized as sexist and dystopian. What the Fuck?! Who are these people? Overweight women, SJW/Snowflakes...all complaining because "Exercise" is being brought up on mainstream media. But give your bitch a diamond ring...or a truck? ..... Nobody is pointing that out as sexist and dystopian..... How about those yoga workout leotards, or running shoes? Sexist? Dystopian? No, of course not. So I conclude this "Backlash" on Peloton is bullshit. Someone put it together to see if they can manipulate the stock market...which they did, they dropped the value of Peloton stock shares.
