Harummmph, Harummmph, Harummmph!!! 😜 Ok..Red and Lala...I'm not an expert on the rules of offended...but I thought I read, you can only be offended twice..So if i'm offended, and that offends Red, and Lala..but Lala is offended by Red..then I think ...as the rule states...You have to start over and find something new to be offended by. I am never going into that PC night. I am all for educating folks on what is right and wrong, but dragging Christmas songs in to the land of offensive is beyond everything that's labeled "stupid". In retail I once was told to say "Happy Holiday" so I wouldnt offend any one- THAT did not work. It's Merry Christmas. If someone is offended- go shop somewhere else. I agree...in this scenario the radio station caved. I'm just wondering how many times this kind of stuff backfires... Such as the radio station doesn't want to lose listeners. So they ban the song. Do they lose more listeners by banning it, then they would have by ignoring the whiners? It's why I think it's all a trip down lunacy lane. Not really sure there is a "correct" answer here. I have to jump on the bandwagon/soapbox on this one. We live in a country where it's okay to voice that you are offended, it's okay to have your opinion and voice your opinion. What people forget is that they have the right to turn around and walk away, as it were, from anything they want, anything that offends them. Instead, for some reason, they think it's okay to force their opinions on others. Then everyone gets to the point where they are afraid to offend the minority who are so very vocal, and the minority is control things, like in this case with the music. Makes my head hurt. It's so frustrating. Reminds me of when my daughter was in elementary school...her teacher was reading Harry Potter out loud to the class...the kids loved the story, and many of them got interested in reading because of it. ONE family complained....they didn't like the content. Because of them, that book was no longer allowed to be read to the class. Okay. I'll get off the soapbox, leave room for someone else. I just wrote about this - I should have read your blog first 😂😂 I find it ridiculous. Teach your children the difference from reality and entertainment. It’s your job as a parent to teach no means no Not some movement who disagrees with a song🤦🏽♀️

So much chatter and noise out there. I usually ignore it unless I feel that I can impact change... or at the very least - vent and clear my slate. I've made my points with a couple of media stations and pissed off a few people and I'm sure that number will increase. I'm working on it. Silly people and the media can all go fuck themselves. Stupidity, general ignorance and exageration of what's offensive... have always been prevelant on this planet. It's a fucked up world. 🌎 ... On both those issues I say "this is the height of ridiculosity" I hate to think what people would find offensive, if they really took apart all the old Christmas Carols and dissected them, word by word. I was raised by parents who not only taught me the benefits of doing my chores, but the aspects of life I was going to encounter. Not sure a lot of that happens anymore . To be honest, I feel like we're being guided by a younger "twitter" generation. So many people who just tweet away their thoughts. And then major news sources run a story, that is basically just a bunch of tweets reprinted. Makes it sound like the opinion has been proven and is valid. I agree with you and this stuff is really getting ridiculously out of hand pretty soon we won't be able to listen to any kind of music that was real music. I have to say I miss the old days where sports you could yell and cheer for the kids and get on them when they messed up. Now everyone gets a trophy to me this is just all kinds of wrong. Not saying that we shouldn't treat everyone with respect, it's just things need to go back to the days of when we were young.. Seduce the mind and see what a wonderful adventure the body will take you on..

Music should be enjoyed and not shelved just because some idiots and I use that term lightly get offended from it my god what the fuck planet are they from.. There isn't a damn think with that song or it's lyrics..Seduce the mind and see what a wonderful adventure the body will take you on..
