Solo Practice.
I have been practicing the Tao of love (and sex) for a few years now. I have remained unattached during this time, only sharing myself physically with a woman here and there along the way. The main emphasis of the practice for me (and men, in general) is gaining masterful control over my ejaculations.

This practice has allowed me to remain aroused and hard for an almost unlimited amount of time. For instance, since I am off today and had time to explore pushing my boundaries in controlling my ejaculation, I found myself completely losing track of time. I was listening to an extended loop of music and only when the music started repeating did I realize I had been pleasuring myself for over three hours!!!

Although this energy fills me with warmth, I feel a little too full of it and therefore turn to exercise to expend some of it.

So, after doing sets of pushups and planks, I am off to run and then return home to continue the good times while getting high.
