 I've cancelled plans due to my vehicle being broken into and in need of repair or (as you mention) family emergencies. Otherwise, if I don't plan to meet I don't. I did break plans with a text, but in my defense she was the first woman I broke up with and we'd only been seeing one another a month. Aside from those three things I do my best to be a person of my word.

That sucks you got flaked on. There are decent types out there. Statistically it has to be true. As Christopher Titus (a comedian) says you have to get through the psychos first.
