LOL! Younger guys don't know what they are in for. Women in their 50's are the best sex yet. My advice is get plenty of aerobic exercise and eat plenty of potassium rich food. You'll need to breathe and avoid leg cramps. Also, bring snacks. You're in for an all-nighter.
