Strange Question.....but

Have you ever been the victim of Gaslighting?

In case you're not familiar with the term...it is described as:

A form of mental abuse in which information is twisted or spun, selectively omitted to favor the abuser, OR false information is presented with the intent of making victims doubt their own memory, perception, and sanity.

Basically it is a game of manipulation and power......aimed at confusing and causing doubt!

Please feel free to comment...Have you been a victim? Involved with someone that has done this to you?

It is just a subject that is fascinating to me....

 I have gotten it a lot by women who were users and when I started to comforted them about it .....it never turned out well

 Some people that are guilty of this tactic are unaware they have this "behavior",while there are some that do it intentionally. Those are the truly bad people (game players)...who cause the most damage...I think.
