logitech cameras giving me issues on cam

I am having issues with Logitech cam that is plugged into USB port. it only stays on for about 20 seconds. The camera on my laptop works fine. The Logitech cam is hd so its better. Has anyone else had problems with cams other then the cam on the laptop? I am not sure if its the cam that's damaged or something about using a cam to usb port.

 You having any issues Suitntieguy? Seems like CityHookups.com needs to do something because I have tried all their suggestions.
