how the spirit or soul to happiness consents
what was the world is twisted and on its axis swings
as spirit reaching for heaven in your embrace sings
a core of mercury hope burns bright as white phosphorus
as we connect as Europe and Asia across the Bosphorus
all differences shaved from thought and form
as to each other bodies thoughts and dreams conform

the shortest path between truth respect and trust
is when two lips meet and kissing is not will but must.
