Fall is screaming up , so I have to step up my exercise regime to compensate. Sometimes the "scenery" at the gym is very good, other times, not so much ( the gym is on a military installation). In the past I have enjoyed going with my partner to the gym. There is something about a person working hard, breathing hard that is sexy to me. DO you work out at a gym facility? Do you have an alternate program? If not why not? If you do what do you enjoy about it?

 I walk, dance, and do yoga.

Gyms hold no interest for me, why would I want to pay money to do something I can do for free?

 Gym holds no attraction for me. I went to plenty of "exercise studios" when they were around- enough. Walking and speed walking are great plus I get to see things you dont see from a car

 The gym is a great workout indeed, but no time for that today as I have a by-law meeting at the club in a bit. I hope you get to enjoy a great workout today, and enjoy your day..

 I do my own thing now Pal for the gym. Presently on a good walking program daily rain or shine. For the past few days it has been poring. Hugs V
