Chicken and Sausage Cajun Chili

2 tbsp. olive oil
1 lb ground chicken
1/2 lb Italian sausage (casing removed)
1 cup each diced onion and green pepper
1 pouch Club House Cajun Chicken Flavourful Recipe Mix
1 can no salt added diced tomatoes with juice
1 can tomato paste
2 cups water
1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained

Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown chicken and sausage meat 3-5 minutes. Stir in onion, pepper and seasoning. Cook until soft, about 3 minutes.
Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste and water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 25-30 minutes.
Stir in drained kidney beans in last 10 minutes of cooking.

8 servings.

 I may not find a good pussy to eat on this site but I can always count on some good recipes to make and eat every now and then.

 This one I'm going to steal...I love Cajun food...I've been to Louisianna a couple of times and from New Orleans to Bayou Breaux the food is always awesome...thanks again pretty lady
