Bling Editor?
I can use any graphics program ever made but for the life of me cannot seem to grasp the Bling Editor here. Can anyone offer some quick tips?

 Thanks or the direction but after reading it all through I have to revisit the importance or significance of having Bling to begin with. Does it get you laid? No! Does it really express your personality? No! So WTF it is really for anyway? Just something to keep your hands busy instead of jerking off? Aha! That's it!

 Thanks for the replies. Just starting to get it in spare time. As far as doing a Bling from a pic, WHOA, that seems time consuming but I'll try later when I'm not on an plane somewhere. Thanks again.
