Sometimes..............
Sometimes.............. the site does listen. For many weeks now, the number of emails in my inbox has been growing. At first I got a bit excited, been quiet for a while. Problem being.... I wasn't able to open any of them. Didn't take me long to work out all the emails were from the site, telling me I was such a good person, they were continuing my gold membership. Knew this coz of all the emails they were sending to my private addy. Then it got to the stage, that I was unable to read emails from members. Finally had enough, so sent them an email asking them to fix the problem. Two days later..... there were all the emails from them in my inbox. Took me a while, but I finally got rid of all 14 of them, and my real emails were showing. Could it be that I also said I was a long time member, or that they have finally employed someone that knows what they are doing? Still don't trust them, so will probably have to re do this blog, or maybe it will show seeing as how I didn't add an attachment. |

I don't trust them at all....every couple of days now when I open my "where you are quoted" it says my comments haven't been replied to....but I know they have....most bloggers I watch reply lol. I just think there are so many glitches that they don't know where to start to fix them. ~~Anais Nin~~

Glitches get sidelined in favour of new "features". Features that no one asked for, no one wanted and no one will use. Sometimes they amaze me and bugs get fixed - like the second blog page issue - but the way the IT department is run needs changed. Your inbox will be inundated with emails now asking, "Is it still working?"!

Hopefully, it's been fixed, but I'm sure a new problem is just waiting to happen.

With all the problems the site has, they are lucky to have any paying members. I've read they keep taking money after they have been told to stop.
