I think I'll be going after a lot of signatures to take to PUCO. And I've learned, when dealing with bureaucrats, the only thing that works is irritating persistence.

As for TW cable... There are a lot of angry people here about that, I'll be gathering up the competition pricing. You see, one of their big selling points has always been reliability. It took them a week to get my shit back. It was more irritating for the people who bundled (I only use my cell), while people with DSL and satellite were back up as soon as the power was on. They failed, now let's see what they do to keep customers.
