cool - I tried the gimp select all of one color command and then created separate gimp files with each color on its own 40x40 - I found that I was missing colors in the end, so went to the system I use now - all out of GIMP. I do break the bling master down into 4, 40x40 gimp files each containing one quarter of the bling. That way I only have to keep track of 20x20 sections. I created a bling with the pixel at every five and ten mark turned black that keeps me sane. I like the idea of the contrasting color lines - I will try it.

I'm trying my hand at this method and seemed to be having a problem. When I open my html file after copy and paste of the script and the palette, I get a bunch of numbers with the image below those. Is there anything I need to do to the script? What is the difference between method one and two?

I'm trying my hand at this method and seemed to be having a problem. When I open my html file after copy and paste of the script and the palette, I get a bunch of numbers with the image below those. Is there anything I need to do to the script? What is the difference between method one and two? I'm glad you figured it out. I assume your browser showed the data the script was working through before it displayed the finished list. Method one and two create the bling using the same method but differ in how they present the information that you need to fill-in the Bling Grid. Method one creates a 40 by 40 table showing the index number of the color that needs to be put into that square in the bling editor. You still had to look up the RGB value for each indexed color. Method two combines the locations and colors into one document listing the 256 colors with a list of coordinates where it should be put on the Bling Editor. This way takes roughly half the time of method one.
