This is one of my husband's favorite tales from my past:

 My friend and I went for a 6 mile run. Her hair was in a ponytail. It was october but still around 80 degrees at 6PM. We got back to her house and we were both sweating like pigs. You could almost see the outline of her sports bra as parts of her shirt would also stick to her body. She got us a tall glass of ice water and we took sips.
