I have done it in a parked car (I'm guessing this will get the most votes). I have done it in a moving car (getting head while driving, masturbating while driving, and sex in the back seat with someone else driving). I have done it in the back of a pick up truck (one of the parked car times). I have never done it in a van (never owned a van or knew anyone with a van). I have never done it on a bus.
