My Night Of Sin

My Night Of Sin

I have decided that I need to loosen up and have some fun, treat myself in a sense. Did I decide to go for a massage? No. Did I decide to buy myself those pair of shoes I have been eyeing the last month? No. I did better than that!

On average I eat fairly healthy for many reasons. There are many medical conditions that run in my family, stroke, heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, cholestrol and on and on. Apart from that, I put on weight fairly easy hence going to the gym more often than not and trying to avoid simple carbohydrates whenever possible. But tonight driving home I had a craving for something I haven't had since January 25 2008.

I have been a bad girl. I went through Mcdonalds drive through! Oh yes!! I ordered a quarter pounder w/ cheese and large fries. Then when I got to the window to pay I added on some chicken mcnuggets and honey mustard sauce.

I just finished demolishing the burger and fries and I feel on top of the world! It's amazing how simple things can make me happy. I really am a simple girl and if you buy me a burger I can be yours!

No room for guilt tonight because I fully intend on finishing the chicken mcnuggets. Tomorrow I will wear something loose, I will not look in the mirror trying to find the hamburger bun and I will not pray that I don't get a zit from the grease.

Ice cream, burgers, hotdogs and pizza oh my!!

Cream puffs, long johns, cheesecake and pie oh my!!

Chocolate, licorice, gummy bears and ju jubes oh no!!

Now I need some chocolate!

Am I the only one with these cravings?

If anyone needs me tonight I'll be on the couch with a remote in one hand and bag of doritos in the other.

Trying to keep the momentum going is difficuly, seems you are very popular on this site Bella

My weakness is Reese's Peanut Butter Puff cereal.... gawd I love it - or those Pillsbury frozen mini pizzas. I will sometimes indulge that one time a month when I feel bloated already I must admit I have a hard time rationalizing guilt over a lil' bit o' cheesecake. SAome things are worth it.

cereal kills me. As soon as I start eating it my butt gets bigger...but my favorite is Count Chocola with chocolate milk.

I do that once in a while. Course, for me, eating healthy is hard for me to do. I would if the healthy stuff tasted good.

Come into my realm! You aren't afraid...are you?

Mmmm comfort food! Mine is Chines food, General Tao's chicken is my favourite. Of course it is hard to find good restaurants.

I also like candy and have been trying to avoid the bag of fuzzy peaches.

Bella, am a firm believer of giving in to my cravings....for the simple reason that if I don't, I just keep munching on other stuff and it does not satisfy me so might as well have the real thing....the trick of course, is to eat in smaller portions....

I always eat my dessert and once a month, have a hamburger or fish and chips....my weight is 112 lbs. not skinny and not overweight but healthy weight for my age group...so says my doctor.

Hey, We could get a sundae, and come up with vulgar replies when they ask "do you want nuts on that?"

I think my ideal "night of sin" would have to be ejoying some Italian.

Comfort food. My cravings seem to be for mashed potatoes and gravy and meatloaf. Or chicken fried steak and country gravy. I love stuff like that.
And a root beer float? OMG!!

Did someone say Card io.(Ouch)

Oh the temptations.

I always give myself a junk day which is usually Sunday. I love to cook my Italian dishes which are usually full of carbs.(Lidia's Italy has taught me so much. She truly is a beautiful woman)

I also see the temptations during the week and the one that gets me the most I will have for desert after dinner. Oh and let's not forget the wine. I am fortunate to live in wine country and what is a delicious Italian meal with out a good wine?

Mondays are riding the bike for miles and I can feel every inch of road I travel, but it is worth it to me because I know if I didn't have that day, it would sneak up on me and grab me by the Ga-noots and kick my ass. So I learned to live together in harmony. (Tit for tat so to speak.)

So as the wind gods put the wind in my face and it feels like I am climbing a hill every peddle I just think about how delicious it is going to taste on Sunday and I laugh in the face of the wind gods Ha Ha they can't stop me. Ok Ok may be they have kicked my ass a few times but hey at least I pushed my bike and walked the rest of the way. Does that count?

Enjoy Enjoy!

No, I think I read about this grand champion sumo wrestler who has cravings just like that and....

(Recoils instinctively from the mental punch on the shoulder he must be receiving right now)

    lol

HEEEY, oh and Michael Phelps does too...but that COULD just be the munchies in his case!!

But, heck yeah, Guys eat like that all the time...

I get cravings for GOOD pizza and cheesteaks...(Like New York Pizzaria style)

Fortunately for I have the metabolism of a god and do ab lounge crunchs like a mad demon so it doesn't hurt too much...

BTW...do you like to chug-a-lug when you get these cravings?

If you can crush a beer can on your head is an adorable way I think I may just have to let you date me!!
Wordy, you are completely nutz! Do I chug a lug? You mean drink something fast? I don't usually do that because I get the hiccups quite easily and I start laughing and it starts coming out of my nose....wanna date? ha!

Girlfriend, fish is to healthy for a treat.

Only 112 pounds? Your a feather! I weigh more than that but my size is quite small...so I never tell my weight just my size...must be the gym doing that. You are cute!
